Interested in becoming a school board member? If you are a resident in our district, you can begin taking out a petition on FRIDAY, MARCH 1ST. We have 3 open positions for next school year. New board members take over at the July board meeting and there are board meetings once a month (unless special meetings are needed). We meet the second Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. and I promise we are fun to work with!! If you have any questions, contact Angie Vetter at 605-225-6397.
This week begins the Region 1B Boys Basketball Tournament. The Warner Monarch Boys Basketball Team will have a bye in the first round. The Monarchs will host the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots tomorrow night at 7:00 in the Warner Arena.
Join us in the Warner Arena and Gym as the Rozell Family Tournament takes place. There will be an 8-team bracket. The games will begin at 9:00 AM. Concessions will be served.

The Warner 8th Grade team will be participating. Other teams include Aberdeen Christian, Aberdeen Roncalli, Leola-Frederick, Ipswich, Northwestern, North Central, and Milbank.

The Warner Monarchs Girls Basketball Team is heading to the SoDak 16! The Monarchs will take on the Wolverines of Herreid-Selby Area. The game will be held in Ipswich at 7:00 next Thursday February 29th.

Yesterday the teachers celebrated Fat Tuesday with a rock, paper, scissors necklace challenge. The winner was Angie Robinson with 42 necklaces.
