Warner School Community, due to difficult road conditions created by ice covered patches, and blowing and drifting snow we will have a 10:00am start on Monday March 13, 2023. There will be no BeforeCare and breakfast will not be served. Busses will travel were possible and the Sale Barn Bus will arrive at the Sale Barn around 8:30-8:35am.
Again, Warner School will have a 10:00am start Monday March 13, 2023.

Good morning, as the snow continues to fall and the wind maintains its speed the drifts continue to grow and travel becomes more difficult. As these events are expected to continue this afternoon and evening, Warner School will have a 1:00pm dismissal on Thursday March 9, 2023. Busses will run where possible, the Sale Barn bus will be at the Sale Barn between 1:20-1:25. All afterschool practices and activities are canceled, and AfterCare will be closed.
Again, Warner School will have a 1:00pm Dismissal Thursday March 9, 2023.

Congratulations to the following students on being selected as the February Students of the Month in the Middle School and High School.
Kaydee Mackner is our Girl Middle School Student of the Month.
Kaydee is always willing to help others or cheer them up when they are down. Every day she arrives to class smiling and has something positive to contribute to the conversation. Kaydee is polite, hard-working, trustworthy, and an all-around great student. Kaydee maintains her focus and attention to her work which shows that she is engaged, and invested in her education.
Gage Knuppe is our Boy Middle School Student of the Month.
Gage is a kindhearted and hard-working young man. He is always willing to help others and comes into class every day with a smile on his face and ready to learn. Gage’s strong sense of responsibility and character make him a great peer role model. He maintains the focus required to excel in their schoolwork and other activities he is involved in.
Addisyn Heinrich is our Girl High School Student of the Month.
Always works hard, ask questions, and does an amazing job of communicating with teachers and other students. She is always respectful of her teachers and peers, and does a great job of maintaining a positive attitude.
Cesar Gutierrez is our Boy High School Student of the Month.
Cesar is a hard worker. He devotes the whole hour on math without complaint and continually tries to learn algebra while gaining other skills he needs. Although quiet and soft spoken, he is very polite and willing to do somewhat boring, repetitive work to gain success in mastering mathematical concepts.
Congratulations to these students!!!!



Our Seniors attended the Cracker Barrel meeting at NSU on Saturday morning!


We had 80 students who completed their reading goal for the month of February. We celebrated with our monthly ice cream party. Great job kids and keep reading.







We celebrated Dr Seuss's birthday by having career day on Thursday and pj day on Friday.

Good luck to the Warner Monarch Boys Basketball team tonight as they will play the Northwestern Wildcats in the Third Round of the Region 1B Boys Basketball Tournament. Tipoff is set for 7:30 tonight in Webster at the Webster Armory (Warner game will be the second game of the night...tipoff time is aproximate for us). Ticket prices are $6.00/Adults and $4.00/Students as set by the SDHSAA.

As our weather conditions continue to deteriorate with more snow, more wind, and Brown County issuing a No Travel Advisory. Warner School will change from a 10:00am start to NO SCHOOL for Wednesday March 1, 2023. All activities and events scheduled for today are either cancelled or postponed to a later date.
